Some Gender Sterotypes Are Real
When my husband is sick I do my best to take care of him. I do. I bring him tea, soup, whatever he wants even though he only appears to have a papercut, lol. Today I am sick and I have had to ask him several times for breakfast. I asked him to get me a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of tea. It took 15 minutes or longer for me to get the food. When it finally came the bagel was not toasted and the tea was unsweetened (I take sugar in my tea). Perhaps I am asking for too much. So this past weekend we got together to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a fabulous time. Looking forward to many more celebrations with friends! … [Read more...]
Cute Photos Of The Week!

The kids rode their tricycles, played with Megabloks, and had fun together squeezing in the tunnel. My favorite item though is the Alpine Tunnel Slide I bought them last year from the Children’s Factory. It’s a pricey but fun item that never gets old and a lifesaver on cold weather days! … [Read more...]
Out To Lunch!
After caring for the kids for more than 6 months without a nanny, I have finally decided to make some changes. A family member of mine will now be helping me with the kids full time. . Thanks to her, on Tuesday I was able to run an errand and meet up with my husband for lunch. Of course when I got home, I resumed my normal mommy duties. Fixed a snack, had storytime with the kids and gave piggyback rides. … [Read more...]
