Yesterday, I had an opportunity to yell at my kids and didn’t. We had just come back from the Hamptons and I was undoubtedly tired. The kids got into the pantry, got to the aluminum foil and made a mess. I thought about yelling at them especially since I was tired and deserved to yell at someone but stopped myself.
